How is the delivery time calculated?

The Estimated Delivery Date is calculated by adding the Order Processing time to the Transit Time. At Our Product, we take into account the following factors to calculate the Estimated Delivery Date:

  • Order Processing: Once we receive your payment and verify it, we will start processing your order. Typically, our order processing time takes between 1 to 3 business days.
  • Transit Time (including processing time): Delivery carriers have implemented social distancing policies, which means that you will not be required to sign on an electronic device during delivery, and the delivery staff will not physically hand the parcel to you.
  • Shipping Services: Our shipping options currently available are USPS and UPS.

  • Standard apparel: 3-7 business days
  • Embroidery, Mugs, All Sublimation & Custom hand-made products: 5-10 business days

SHIPPING FEES

  • US Orders: Free shipping
  • International Orders: $15.95 per order

SHIPPING TIMES (after processing)

United States:

Standard: 10-25 business days

Expedited: 7-20 business days

International:

Standard: 14-28 business days

Expedited: 7-14 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you order a standard apparel item with standard shipping to the US, you can expect: 3-7 business days (processing) + 10-25 business days (shipping) = 10-25 business days total

Note:

  • Please note that shipping charges will remain the same even during holidays or special occasions.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers and delivery companies, for which we apologize.
  • During certain US and International holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out. For international orders, there may be additional delays due to customs clearance. We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time) and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
